DELIVERY
Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £39
Standard UK Delivery under £39 is £4.50
Where we can, our T-shirts are printed and sent direct from the UK and are usually with you within 3-5 days.
Around half of our current range is dispatched directly from our manufacturers in China and can take 10-14 days to arrive.
As we develop our range and grow our brand, we will be offering our own designs, manufactured within the UK, which will enable us to reduce our delivery times even further.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours subject to the delivery timescales shown on the product page. Please note: Any orders placed after 11am Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. We do not dispatch on Sundays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm this with a tracking number.
International Delivery
EU Delivery
Delivery to countries within the EU costs €9.50 and can take up to 5-10 days.
USA & Rest Of World Delivery
Delivery to the USA and other countries costs $11 and can take up to 14 days.
Customs Charges, Fees & Delays
Please note, whilst we do not anticipate there being any fees, any charges made on importing products to your country are your responsibility and will not be paid by us. Also any delays to your delivery caused by customs offices are beyond our control and we are not liable for for any costs or goodwill gestures if delays should occur.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days from the point at which you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us in the first instance and we will advise the best way to do this, as well as arranging a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. This delivery charge is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your initial delivery will be refunded back to you with the cost of the goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
